- 主人公・伊沢釈華は先天性ミオパチーという難病を患っている。その彼女の望みは、1人の女性として妊娠と中絶がしたいというものだ。 度々、彼女は自身を涅槃の花と例えている。蓮の花は泥の上に咲き、自身の妄言はその泥であり、泥がなければ蓮は生きられないと。 この作品では、彼女が蓮のように美しい女性ということと、彼女の願望であり妄言である泥とともに生きていく、その生命力の表現を目指した。
- Shaka Izawa suffers from an incurable disease called congenital myopathy. Her desire is to conceive and have abortions as one woman. Often she compares herself to a flower in nirvana. The lotus flower blooms on mud, and her own delusion is that mud, without which the lotus cannot live. In this work, I aimed to express that she is a woman as beautiful as a lotus and her life force to live with the mud, which is her desire and delusion.
